Jude : We spent 4 wonderful nights at Casa Olimpia recently and will definitely return. We were so well looked after by Aldo and Olimpia, and found Giarre to be in a perfect location to visit the sights - Mt Etna, Taormina, Siracusa , Catania etc..It was great to be in a smaller town and we really enjoyed the experience.
Rowena: Room was amazing. My partner and I stayed here and were very impressed. Hosts Aldo and Olympia were fantastic, so hospitable. They even cooked us dinner one night of our stay. The breakfast was very good. Great location, between Taormina and Catania. Very clean. Would definitely stay here again.

Toby : Absolutely loved our time here, would really recommend it. An excellent base for exploring Etna, Taormina, Giardini, Catania etc without the ridiculous overpricing and cheesiness associated with the 'tourist areas'. Really lovely hosts, we are already planning a return visit and can't wait!

Marija : The host - Aldo - was really nice and helped us. He made the stay fun. The property is notfar from the main square there buses leave to other places. I enjoyed staying there very much and am willing to come back some other time.
Aurelka : Casa Olimpia was the best hostel in Italy during our trip (we travelled through the whole Sicily and Rome). The rooms are very light, spacy, nice and clean, the service is very accomodating (it was the only place where we were asked what we like to have for breakfast). The location is the best for leisure because it is not in a crowded city and there is a convenient way (bus and train) to reach Catania, Taormina, Castelmolla, Naxos beach and other towns. This is the hostel I will always recommend to anyone who will want to visit Sicily!

Eva : Casa Olympia this is a fantastic base to explore the Taormina-Etna district, and great value. Incredibly clean and stylish... Breakfast at their dining table is great as are all the fantastic travel tips 0 so helpful to have local knowledge. There is a handy supermarket at the end of the road and a fabulous new kitchen.

Kasia : I've been there 2 times so far and it was excellent. The place is really nice, there are 3 rooms, common kitchen where you can eat delicious Sicilian breakfast and living room where you can watch TV. Each room is furnished in modern way and has private bathroom. I stayed in Afrodita room. Olimpia and Aldo - the owners - are very nice and helpfull. Giarre is also beautifull place and there you can have the most amazing view of sunset and Etna from the harbour. You should also try delicious canelloni and paste di mandorla from the best pasticceria in Giarre! I hope to come back there soon :)

Przede wszystkim przesympatyczni młodzi właściciele - polsko włoskie małżeństwo,zawsze chętnie służący pomocą i radami w kwestii lokalnych zwyczajów i kultury.Ludzie,którzy naprawdę lubią to co robią. Poza tym czyste,ładne pokoje z klimatyzacją, pyszne śniadania. Dobry punkt wypadowy do wypraw na Etnę, do Taorminy i Katanii.Bardzo polecam

Nica : Aunque se encuentra alejado de las ciudades ms tursticas como Taormina o Catania (si vas en coche y prefieres la tranquilidad, es un punto positivo), alojarse en este B&B de Giarre es perfecto para visitar ciudades como Taormina o Acireale (muy bonita y menos turstica), o para animarse a subir al Etna. El trato de la pareja que lo gestiona es excelente. La habitacin y el desayuno estupendos. En fin, todo un acierto. Gracias!!
Cande : estuvimos recorriendo durante 10 dias la isla de Sicilia y casa olimpia fue la mejor experiencia que tuvimos en italia. Aldo e Oli fueron inmensamente acogedores y simpaticos con nosotros y la casa es comparable a un hotel de 4 estrellas. Calidad y precio insuperable. Lo he recomendado a todos mis amigos que quieran ir a sicilia. muchas gracias a aldo e oli desde espaa.

Paul : Giarre is centrally located on the base of Mt Etna, just 20 mins from Catania, Tourmina and the top of Mt Etna. The B&B is easily accessed from the highway and offers plenty of parking. The place is very clean and has 3 charming rooms. My wife and I stayed in the romantically decorated Afrodite room. All rooms have their own bathroom and all come with air conditioning. The hosts, Aldo and Olimpia, provide personalised hospitality with a Sicilian touch. Aldo is from Giarre, while his wife, Olimpia, is Polish turned Italian. They both speak good English and are more than happy to provide advice and directions on where to go and what to see in their beloved Sicily. They also provide an excellent continental breakfast, more substantial than the typical Italian bread and coffee. My wife and I enjoyed our 4 day stay at Casa Olimpia and look forward to returning to Sicily again one day.
Margaret:Aldo and Olimpia were so helpful, and really helped turn our trip around for the better. Aldo went above and beyond to make sure we appreciated Taormina, he even took us to Mt. Etna, then drove us to Catania to our next Hotel. The rooms were so stylish and clean. Giarre is a nice town to visit to escape all the tourists, very safe place and even the people were very helpful.
